【研究领域】

Prof. Dr. De La Rasilla教授国际公法、英国行政法、国际刑法、国际人道主义法、国际人权法、反恐怖主义法、全球治理、英国宪法等课程并指导硕士、博士研究生。

【教学和科研项目】

Prof. Dr. De La Rasilla主持并承担了英国社会科学院（The British Academy）的课题“British International Lawyers and the Rise and Fall of the Second Spanish Republic (1931-1939)”、哈佛大学全球法律和政策研究所的研究项目“Islamic Tradition of International Law – History of International Law, 1550-1700 & Medieval International Law”、布鲁内尔大学的研究项目“The Fourth Wave of International Adjudication in the Age of Global Governance”等等。他还参与了德国马克斯·普朗克中心、欧盟委员会、西班牙教育、科学、技术部和经济与竞争力部资助的一些课题。

【社会兼职】

Prof. Dr. De La Rasilla曾在德国马克斯普朗克国际和欧洲程序法研究中心、日内瓦高级国际关系及发展研究院、马克斯普朗克比较公法和国际公法研究中心、剑桥大学劳特派特国际法研究中心、马克斯普朗克欧洲法律史研究中心、美国布朗大学沃森国际问题研究所、哈佛大学欧洲法研究中心、哈佛大学全球法律和政策研究所、丹麦icourt研究中心等任访问学者。

Prof. Dr. De La Rasilla在2012年担任纽约大学（佛罗伦萨）的国际人权法兼职教授、法国里尔天主教大学法学院全球治理客座教授。此外，Dr. De La Rasilla还以四种语言在十五个国家的三十五所大学做客座讲座和研究工作。

2014年底，Prof. Dr. De La Rasilla成立了欧洲国际法学会（European Society of International Law）的国际法史研究兴趣小组（Research Interest Group of the History of International Law）。2007 至 2011年， 他当选为欧洲国际法学会“国际法理论”协调委员会委员。

【著作和论文】

Prof. Dr. De La Rasilla出版了英文独著In the Shadow of Vitoria – A History of International Law in Spain (1770-1953)（Brill Publishers/Martinus Nijhoff 荷兰博睿出版社），主编了书籍Experiments in International Adjudication （剑桥大学出版社）、Islam and International Law – Historical Explorations（荷兰博睿出版社）、Historia del Pensamiento Internationalista Espanol (Thomson Reuters汤森路透出版社）和Historical Approaches to International Law – Modern Interfaces（剑桥大学出版社）。

他在世界一流国际法刊物上发表多篇英文文章，如人权法评论（Human Rights Law Review）（SSCI）、法律与历史评论（Law and History Review）（SSCI）欧洲国际法论刊（European Journal of International Law）（SSCI）、国际宪法学论刊（International Journal of Constitutional Law）(SSCI)、莱顿国际法论刊（Leiden Journal of International Law）(SSCI)、国际法史论刊（Journal of the History of International Law）、北欧国际法论刊（Nordic Journal of International Law）、亚洲人权和人道主义法年鉴（Asian Yearbook of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law）、国际刑法评论（International Criminal Law Review）、国际社会法评论（International Community Law Review）、跨国法律理论（Transnational Legal Theory）等。Prof.  Dr. De La Rasilla还是牛津大学出版社和剑桥大学出版社的多本国际法书籍中的章节作者。Prof.  Dr. De La Rasilla发表英文国际法文章有50多篇。
